Rachel Vesely is a litigation attorney who provides legal services to businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters and legal disputes.

Rachel assists clients with depositions, trials, motion hearings, arbitrations and administrative hearings where attorney appearances are required.

As a Journalism and Political Science double major in college, Rachel's undergraduate education trained her in writing and critical thinking. In law school, she was a finalist or winner of a number of legal writing awards.  While in law school, Rachel also trained in oral advocacy, finishing as a quarter-finalist in moot court, a program focused on oral argument advocacy skills.

When she is not at work, Rachel enjoys traveling, competitive swimming and knitting.

Judicial Clerkship

Prior to joining DMSHB, Rachel worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for a Minnesota District Court Judge in Dakota County. As a law clerk, Rachel performed a significant amount of legal research and writing for the judge and assisted in numerous civil and criminal jury trials.
