Our firm remains open for business. However, for the safety of our attorneys, our staff, and our clients, we are observing special guidelines during this time. Our physical offices are open by appointment only for those matters that require in-person meetings. We are using Zoom meetings whenever possible. When in-office appointments are needed, we are practicing social distancing in our offices and have implemented special cleaning procedures for our lobby and conference rooms. We offer free face-coverings for those who wish to use them, and we have abundant hand-sanitizer available for use. If you need to come to the firm for an in-person meeting but have a fever or are suffering from symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you contact your attorney before the meeting to discuss precautions we are taking in these situations.
The health and well-being of our employees, clients, and community as a whole are of utmost concern and importance to us. We are constantly monitoring the recommendations of the CDC and national, state and local authorities to ensure our work environment is safe for our employees and clients. We plan to continue to meet our clients’ needs and maintain continuity and accessibility while we all adapt to the ever-changing nature of this pandemic.
